SHIPPING INFORMATION
Servicing customers across the United States, we have multiple distribution centers around the country to make sure orders placed before 5 pm CST are shipped the same day. Orders shipped within the continental United States will typically arrive in 1-4 days. We utilize well known reliable shipping carriers though we cannot control the delivery time. For the fastest delivery, choose the distribution warehouse location closest to you.

Standard Ground Shipping: FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, UPS Ground, SpeeDee Delivery
Expedited 1-2 Day Services: FedEx 2nd Day or Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air
Bulk Pallets: LTL Truck Shipments

FREE SHIPPING TO YOUR LOCAL SUNDBERG AMERICA STORE
With numerous store locations nationwide with convenient store hours, you are welcome to have orders delivered for free to any of our branch locations and pick them up locally. Please choose WILL CALL at check out if you want to pick up your entire order. We will call you when your items are ready for pick up.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Additional shipping charges may apply to some items because of size or weight. These oversized items include large tubs, baskets, doors, etc. If your item has an additional shipping charge for this reason, it will be marked “YES” in the Oversized area on the product page. Carriers can also have additional charges for other reasons including but not limited to residential addresses.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Items containing hazardous materials such as certain freons and cleaning supplies cannot be shipped by our carriers. These items will be held for pick up at your local Sundberg America store. We will call you to arrange pick up.
